The "Al. Ioan Cuza High-School" from Focsani won the world robotics championship
More than 200 of the world's best teams took part in the world robotics championship.

The "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" High-School team from Focsani won the World Robotics Championship in Houston, USA.
The team coordinator, Professor Tiberiu Oprea, said that the Romanian students reached the final along with two other teams from the United States and South Africa respectively.
Another team from Romania, from "Mihai Viteazul" College in Ploiesti, also reached the final.
Although they did not win the Grand Prize, the young people from Ploiesti were rewarded with an award for innovative thinking.
More than 200 of the world's best teams took part in the world robotics championship.
